Iced Tea with Lemon and Ginger

The 3-minute coffee foam is a drink made from fresh cream, coffee and sugar.

Easy and quick to prepare, soft and frothy, it is perfect at the end of a meal or during snacks of the day.

  • 200 ml of cold cream
  • 2 cups of espresso coffee
  • 1 C. to s. powdered sugar


First, prepare the coffee and put in the refrigerator. Pour the cold cream, the sugar and the cooled coffee into a bowl, whip with an electric mixer for 2 min until a foamy mixture is obtained. Serve in mugs.
