Privacy Policy

Birth details. The birth date, and optionally the birth time, gender and calendar type (solar or lunar) that you enter to generate a chart. For a couple reading, this is two sets of details. We use these only to compute the chart and its interpretation.

A name, if you choose to enter one. It is used only to personalise the text shown on your screen. It is not stored in our database. For a couple reading, the names you enter appear in the address of your results page so you can bookmark and share it.

Your email address. Collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout and passed to us so we can email you the link to your reading and handle support or refunds. We store it with your order reference and the amount paid.

Payment information. Handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never receive or store your card number.

Basic technical data. Our host records standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no accounts or passwords.

To write the detailed reading, the chart facts computed from your birth details are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which returns the text. The birth details are not sent with a name or email attached. The finished reading is stored so you (or a repeat purchase of an identical chart) can load it again without regenerating it.

We process birth details to provide the service you requested. We process your email to deliver what you bought and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Where your local law requires consent, you give it by submitting the form or completing checkout.

• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
• Supabase — database that stores charts, readings and orders.
• Anthropic — generates the text of the detailed reading.
• Lemon Squeezy — payments and merchant of record; holds the authoritative order and tax record.
• Resend — sends the email with your reading link.
• Cloudflare — domain and DNS.

These providers are located in or transfer data to the United States and other countries. Where required, such transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Charts and generated readings are kept so buyers can return to them and so identical requests are not recomputed. Order records (including your email) are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax, which for most transactions is several years; Lemon Squeezy holds the primary copy. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to it. To make a request, email support@sajuice.com from the address you used at checkout. We may need to keep certain records (such as a completed order) where the law requires it.

SAJUICE is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above shows when. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
